@TheRabidPosum ….yeah, serve the littlenecks steamed or on the half shell. Use the Cherrystone? or Chowder for your homemade clam sauce.

  14. TheRabidPosum says:

@MrMegaFredzeppelin yeah except you NEVER cook littlenecks! That’s sacriligious lol, eat em RAW! Unless your making clam sauce. Fish looks awesome though, gonna try this? one too.

@gineko every europeans?? I think most romanians, belorussians kosovars etc… would just be happy to have something on their eurotrash plate.

  21. rhosteph says:

    That? looks amazing!!

@gineko…so you’re a chef, but do you fish? There’s never? enough garlic and butter when grilling Striper, and for most seafood for that matter. But that’s a personal preference of course. And the beer is used to gently poach the fillet during the bbq, keeping it moist for the plate. Your comment about using “too much” of our favorings is your opinion, as I suspect you’ve never attempted to grill a fish any other way than what some culinary school “professor” taught you. Be creative and live.

@recon1stcav , and I would appreciate to be albe to give my point of you on a recipe in order? to ameliorate it without being insulted by a guy that just tell me to kill myself… Who is racist here… I’m a chef and I like to give advice! So take it or not, whatever you want that the magic of the subectivity of cooking! But please be cool and a bit less agressive… Thank you very much!

  24. gineko says:

@recon1stcav The problem is not the creativity but the taste! You are being very agressive, wich I wasn’t, I just said my point of view even if I am sure this recipe is good! And about the parmesan, I am sorry I wasn’t clear, what I mean is that the parmesan is really better when it is just being grated that all! Parmesan in a can lose a big part its flavour, that’s sad! So excuse me if you felt? agressed, that wasn’t racist at all!

  25. recon1stcav says:

@gineko OHHH. parmesan in a “can” isnt parmesan?Hmm,? than what the Fu” is it? Oh its wrong…whatever that means…
